Had a great day today! Went to a union meeting for my work to discuss the usual "union stuff" and it was brought up that I have hired a trainer and am in a wellness program. One of our union members brought up helping me out financialy. The union voted and they have offered to pay for my trainer short term to help out. What a blessing! I can not thank them enough! Not only do I want to do this for myself but i now have another reason to succeed! I dont want to let them down.

Had a great work out today, I can barely move my arms, LOL. I have not lifted like this in over 15 years. It feels good to have the sore muscles and it constantly reminds me that it is PROGRESS I am feeling!!!! I came home and fell asleep and missed my afternoon snack. Oh well.

I have a weigh in in 3 more days and am excited to get on the scale. I dont know if I will have lost 10 lbs like I did the first week, but I know I will have lost. My clothes fit better every day I put them on!
