I honestly cannot believe I am just under 10lbs away from my goal weight. Not sure where I want to go with things afterwards, if I should try to lose more or not. Or bulk up a bit with muscle. But i'm pretty damn excited and proud of myself to consistantly lose 1lb a week right now!

For anyone who is doubting themselves, just keep on being consistant, and dont ever give up. You got this!
