I would like to thank everyone for their kind thoughts and good wishes. I continue to regain cognitive and physical health. It really feels good to be back on track nutritionally. I found it quite challenging to be virtually immobile, in constant pain, and not being able to remember if I had eaten or not. All because of an inattentive driver who rear-ended me while I was waiting for a light to change. I realize it could have been SO much worse. I am grateful and very blessed to have opened my eyes on the "green side of the grass" that day last June. I still have challenges to face, but by the Grace and with the Help of God, I am determined to put one foot in front of the other and walk my way out of this. Note to self (and everybody else out there)...taking a call or sneaking a peak at a text is not worth changing another person's life forever. Many Blessings upon you all, my Friends.
