I had lunch with Kenji Yamagucci at IBM at the Gale Street Inn. I had a diet coke, the Lemon Aruga Salad with salmon and 2 pieces of bread with butter.

For dinner, I took Karina from L'Arche out to dinner at Piggy Back BBQ. I had 1 beer (Revolution IPA), 1/4 of a hot pretzel, 1/2 of my portabello veggie sandwich and just a few fries and 4 of her sweet potato tots.
