NO COFFEE FOR ME..good thursday morning..had coffee latte yesterday for pre breakfast..as i drank it in recliner my head was anywhere but on my shoulders..my body wasnt sure whether to get up or stay seated from the feeling ..2 hours later..was back to feeling fine again..had breakfast and the coffee buzz was gone..no more coffee for me if its gonna make me feel like that..its green tea for me..an i dont understand it cause i use to drink coffee on a more regular basis..im wondering if getting into a cleaner style might have something to do with it..maybe detoxing from the sugar might have changed the way i can take caffeen...all i know is i wasnt enjoying the coffee as much as i thought i would..cleaned out the pot last night an set it up with green tea in it for this mornings wakeup call...

did my first race on zwift yesterday..39 other riders..i came in 24..not great..but least i wasnt last like i thought.. several little hills thought out course..just enough to make you struggle an yet on other side enough to give you speed as you crested it..ended up doing 5.9 mile race/ride in 22.20 time..ave speed was 16 miles per ..top speed was 25.7..was a workout for not over 25 minutes..ended up doing couple more rides yesterday an did 14.1 miles total...62 min for all the rides..

weather in southern il has been great this week..was in 70s yesterday ..went out after lunch an set in lawn chair in sun just to soak up 30 min of vitamin d..felt great..here its feb..winter months..an 70 degree weather..but all of thats gonna change..70 again today and then by saturday its suppose to be 37 for a daytime high...YUCK..weather tease going on here..been seeing so many people out walking, running, bicycling past house..an i still have mine on trainer..no big rush to take it off and get out yet..

well...tea latte is gone..enjoyed it alot more this morning then the coffee yesterday..an i was so looking forward to the coffee yesterday..but that feeling i got..il pass on...
