It was a good week! I lost the pound I gained when guests visited last week, and I lost more too! I needed that validation on this slow and challenging journey.

Tuesday, 2/21 Steps = 11,741
183.6 lb Lost so far: 12.8 lb.    Still to go: 58.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
