So this is about the time fall off the diet. I had to many back to back bad days or cheat days. This small increase is actually a win though given that this is the hard time for me a i usually gain a lot more.

So gotta stick with it and push on through this phase.
259.2 lb Lost so far: 38.8 lb.    Still to go: 79.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Look in the mirror and say, "I am human and I make mistakes, but I won't let my mistakes rule me." Just remember that we all fall off the wagon at times, it is how we pick ourselves back up that counts. You can do it! You are worth it! :D

Its ok to "fall off the horse" sometimes... But you ONLY cheat yourself when you do not get back on that horse and show him whose boss! You CAN DO IT. Take a deep breathe and saddle up!
