It's still a drop. though not as good as previous weeks. This a about the time in a diet that i get frustrated and go off diet and eat a bunch of junk. but the one time that i pushed through this phase and got down to 220 i was not doing a diet to lose weight, I was doing it to be healthy and feel good. the weight was second. so thats my attitude, not diet for weight loss, but diet for health.
258.8 lb Lost so far: 39.2 lb.    Still to go: 78.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
