So I only gained about half a pound over this past weekend. Considering how much I ate, that is good news!
Still, I'd rather have lost half a pound over the weekend.
I've heard of a technique to set rewards for oneself. Once I reach 135 lbs, I will buy myself a Garmin GPS running watch.
Once I reach 130 lbs, I will buy myself a Blu-ray player.
I ran this morning. Hopefully I will still have enough energy tonight for my evening workout.
