Steady steady…handling the diet really well, finding I don't crave large portions as much.Learning to make salads interesting while staying healthy. Enjoy a 1/2 hour walk every day at a steady pace , also got 10 laps in at the pool, feeling good.
185.6 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 2.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 0.8 lb a week
