Upped the walking to include some slow jogging.Also started yoga classes once a week, wow thought that would be easy....I'd forgotten how hard it is, Anyway felt really good, need to continue through the week at home to loosen up :)
186.1 lb Lost so far: 9.9 lb.    Still to go: 3.1 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 2.3 lb a week
