OK - I've done two things today that I probably shouldn't have: 1)had FOUR splenda packets - really wanting coffee today, and I just can't drink it without cream and sweetener. 2) Ate some of the roast beef dad cooked with potatoes, carrots, and cream of mushroom soup. I only ate the meat, of course, and not very much of it, and I shook off all the "gravy" I could, but can't help but wonder how many carbs leached into the meat during the slow cooking. Hope I don't gain anything. :(
