I took a break from calorie counting for a week. Picked up a bit - thought it would be more. I can live with it... Back to the grindstone today. Happy Monday everyone xxx
143.5 lb Lost so far: 10.8 lb.    Still to go: 0.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
