Had a really good day yesterday, was at minus 600 net calories last night before getting ready for bed, but then stayed up a little later and drank a few more glasses of wine than I should have. Still net loss, but turned it into almost 1/4th of what I was going to get had I just packed it in and went to bed. I gotta get better and this.
