UG. My first "gain" since induction! GGRRR...I think I probably just had too much fat yesterday. Down with normal pepperoni! :)

Are we allowed pepperoni in the induction phase??? I read no hot dogs, pepperoni, processed meat. I keep seeing so many differnt things. It is probably more water retention than weight. Let me know what you know. :) Thanks and be encouraged today.
