I played a Wii game called We Cheer where I can do an exercise routine for fun & it tracks the calories you burn. It said that I burned 5430 calories in the short period of time that I played but I dont feel that it is accurate so I put down 100 calories because it had me working my tail off.

I would recommend a heart rate monitor to be sure..My Wii excercise program tells me I burn 200 when my watch tells me it's closer to 500....5430 calories is a whole lot of work!

Ya that is what I figured that is why I only counted 100.
