DID WELL THIS WEEK. LOST 1.6 POUNDS. SLOWLY BUT SURELY I WILL GET TO MY GOAL. YOU KNOW GOOD THINGS COMES TO THOSE WHO WAIT. I HAVE BEEN WAITING A LONG TIME. LOST A TOTAL 46.6 POUNDS. BEEN WITH WEIGHT WATCHERS SINCE APRIL 24. I THINK I AM DOING QUITE WELL. I STILL SEE THE FAT BODY. I BELIEVE THAT IS WHAT IS KEEPING ME MOTIVATED. I WILL GET MY GOAL. 30 POUNDS TO GO! HERE I COME!!!
