Awww man. Time to be honest. I haven't followed my diet in a week. I've slacked on alot of things and just took a week off to relax. I have had fun, but,then realized if I want to be at 150 by my 21st birthday, then, I had better get busy and stop layin' around...I AM BACK FULL FORCE. I just want to get this weight off once and for all. I haven't gained any weight during my diet vacay...I did keep that up...so it's time to shrink a few more sizes before the holidays get here!!!
