This is really frustrating. I may just have to get dramatic or something and cut out sugar. Starve those cravings at the root. Or something. I will keep up with going to the gym and enjoying working out. I really do enjoy it. I love the endorphines. Those are good. Today I am all panicy cus I ate chipotle and a cupcake. Its crazy the cupcake was gone before I had even realized what had happened. Gotta get more aware. I can do this.
