yesterday was not so good. went over my target by about 300 calories! yikes. it got much colder and damper here in the southwest and all i wanted to do was eat :-(. today has to be better! stuck at home w/0 a car couldn't go to gym either. pouring rain did not want to go out to walk. maybe tonite it will ease up. i should have my car by tomorrow i hope. i MUST start going to bed on time and getting better sleep! i read that sleep deprivation can increase appetite hormones and increase perceived hunger. i've been so chronically bad about going to bed on time. tonite i must start doing this. going to bed 1/2 hour earlier than before. baby steps......must do this!
