Happy Valentines Day Everybody!

1. Weight @ 370.0 this morning. A very slight loss, but a loss none the less.
2. managed to burn over 4,000 Kcal while consuming under 3,000 Kcal yesterday.
3. Acetone breath meter reading of 41 this morning.
4. Blood sugar @ 123 this morning. highest "at rest" reading I have had. :-(
5. BP = 136/86 @ 97 bpm. still too high
6. Getting more exercise still needed.
7. Real bad weather in my area today (tornadoes). Going to be and indoors kind of day.
8. mental state is ok today.
9. foot swelling had gone down yesterday, but appears to have returned this morning. :-(
370.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 120.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Rest today with the foot elevated if you can. I'm not sure what to say about the blood sugar level but good luck. I hope everything is okay with the tornadoes in your area.

I have been resting too much I think. But, I do plan to elevate my feet as much as I can when I am at rest. Feels like my body needs to move more and get rid of more waste and fluids. So, I am drinking lots of spring water and drinking green tea. I have also started walking each evening now. Feeling a little better each day. We shall see how it goes from here.
