I had to adjust my menu for the day--I was still hungry after I ate dinner. I went ahead and doubled my last snack of steak and provolone.

I was a little over for the day (just 1.07 nc) but I was still under for total calories; will work on a better menu for tomorrow. I need to put together some go-to menus that I can have on-hand at all times!

Had a bad day health-wise, but a pretty good day diet-wise. I need to work on getting more rest on a set schedule. It's just really hard when I'm hurting/itching--there's no way my body is going to let me go to sleep. When I can't sleep, it affects EVERYTHING else going on!

Gotta work on a grocery list...back later.
