I have not been 100% on target with what I eat, but I am doing okay.

I am still working with trying to not eat crunchy, salty snacks (Doritos, Tostitos, Fritos - any of the "o-s). I am getting better at resisting, but when I am hungry and have to have something to tide me over, I gravitate to salty snacks. The next time, I will grab some nuts.

At any rate, I think I am doing well.
263.4 lb Lost so far: 76.6 lb.    Still to go: 83.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.3 lb a week

I have found Nacho Cheese Doritos are...THE DEVIL...LOL. Once I am off them the craving goes away. Good Luck

Try celery sticks with cream cheese (if you're LCHF) or almond butter.
