So started taking 1000mg of Garcina Cambogia 3 days ago. I had already been on my diet for over a month but decided I wanted to add this to help boost my metabolism. Not so much to control appetite as I pretty much have that under control. Yet, it is suppressing my appetite more. Sometimes to the point I'm not even hungry, but I still eat to keep my body sustained and not to miss meals causing my metabolism to slow down. I mostly stay under 1000 calories and 30 or less carbs. So with the diet and the Garcina Cambogia I should see significant results.... Also added Chromium Piclinate of 200mcg and 50mg of calcium and potassium... Like one of my favorite idols would say "Work it, work it, work it" (Richard Simmons)

I tried GC once a couple years ago but didn't seem to do much for me. The chromium picolinate did seem to help back then though...good luck Buddy

Be careful as that supplement can cause liver and kidney issues. The only reason I know is because I asked my doctor when I was going to take it. He advised me to use L-glutamine.

@Baylor::: I am taking in that little because I am diabetic and lowering my blood sugars... @The Bull21::: I too am a big guy and my caloric intake is recommended to be 3500 calories @HCB:::: This GC is pure fruit extract so I am hoping it does work. A lot of GC products aren't pure so they may not be as effective ;) @PGM12197::: I would worry about my kidney's but 1 has been removed and the other one is on it's way out. So basically, not to worried about the damage as much as I should be ;)
