Ugh. I can't believe I'm back up again! Well, I CAN with the holidays and all... but yuck. Time to keep track of things for a bit and try to drop a few.
149.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
