The best thing I have learned regarding my battle with food - Eat well but have learned to forgive myself when I have a bad eating day. Moving is critical (its hard to start off but keep going!). Concerning myself with my body fat percentage and muscle percentage rather than worrying about my actual scale weight. Wishing you success!!

One day at a time,slow and easy try walking and dancing around your house 1/2hour at a time, remove a all bad food from your house.Alway pack your out side food in the beginning. I have lost 166 pounds in 2 year i find eating healthy and getting active helped in my success. Good luck!☺
