went 90 cal over my rdi. but i'll take it that's not so bad. i am starving now so that's good? time to hit the hay and chalk it up to a day. no super bowl excuses here i don't do super bowl parties etc so i didn't have that temptation to deal with. i was feeling amazingly full for most of the day and i was worried that maybe i wasn't being accurate w/ my food but i weight everything that goes into my mouth so not much chance of that. ate a bit higher fat than usual maybe that's why i felt more satisfied. but then the hunger hit big time just before bed......it usually does. 6:45 will come real early so i better hit the hay! have a great week1 May that arrow be green for YOU!
