Well I had a full day yesterday, so I forgot to journal. Yesterday I did the Slim in 6 workout. I had corn, a baked potato and peaches yesterday. Haven't had much of an appetite.

Just finished Slim in 6 again and I feel great. I had a baked potato and some mandarin oranges.

I have already lost some lbs, but I will put the total amount next Wednesday. I am so excited at my results thus far!!

I know by the time school starts back I will have reached my goal.

Again, good luck to all!! Hang in there to those who are starting phase I!!

Keep up the good work. Just a suggestion...I am not sure which diet your following, but if you are doing the Fat Smash Diet you are not suppose to eat potatoes of any kind for the first 3 Phases. But you are suppose to eat 5x a day and be sure to drink a lot of water! I know you have seen some results and that is FAB....but I think if you follow at least the first phase to the T you will see much more results....like I said, I am not sure which diet you are following but if it is the FSM this is just a suggestion! Keep up the great work!

Hedder is right on the potatoes, as sad as that makes me:( Extreme Fat Smash does have baked sweet potatoes on the menu from time to time. Congrats on the weightloss so far!
