though i didn't make a new years resolution, starting now the holidays are officialy over (my decorations are down and put away) and no more excuses. i was losing weight and keeping it off for a while. it's time to make it an officl new years resolution to regulary work out and keep my calorie log!

no more cookies! (thats my biggest weakness, can eat just one so i have to stay away)

limit Sugar intake!

Keep active after work!

Cook Dinner! no eating out (for heath and wallet)

Stay organized! (clean and orgaized house helps keep focus, at least for me)

Remember Quality not quantity!
