Forgot to weigh in this morning, maybe tomorrow. I am making 60 meatballs for Sunday. (Well most of them are for Sunday and some for dinner tonight) They are low carb with flaxseed meal and stuffed with mozzarella. I'm not planning to tell anyone they are low carb until after they are all gone. Tonight is the taste night. If they aren't good all of them get shoved in the freezer and my family eats them slowly. If they are good I'll post the recipe. I think I'll make the cheese ball tomorrow.
