I am officially 20 lbs down today from my "real start" on December 18th..had a couple of rocky weeks over the holidays but I am happy with that.
Today is my cheat nite, re-feed nite, or carb nite, whatever you want to call it. I was good this week considering I fell off wagon last week.
I plan on having clean carbs tonight. after my workout I am going to have some potatoes that I made at home with no fat. of course some protein and probably a big beer thrown in, but no french fries or cake or junk this week.
then back on LCHF wagon tomorrow along with 45 mile bike ride. uhh. Making a bike drink of lite/maybe full fat coconut milk, erythritol, and chocolate beef protein, while everyone else is drinking sugar water. it tastes like a chocolate shake.
