If my two pina coladas had more carbs together than 3/4 pounds of potatoes then I had 245 g of carbs tonight..quite a record for me on a carb nite.

I;m thinking the standard pina colada on Fat secret is different from the double frozen drink I got...but probably 200 g total anyway.

Back to LCHF tomorrow. If things go well i'll lose the wieght by monday and not gain any fat.

really that is too many carbs for me. I shoulda nixed the chocolate pretzels and just ate the potatoes and my drinks..but I'll be strong monday.
I bet I gain 2 pounds tomorrow and 2 more Sunday after my water catches up. this will be mitigated by a 40 mile bike ride tomorrow otherwise I would gain like 9 pounds.
