So, I went to the Dr. about the pain in my feet. I have bone spurs in my heels, just the start of them. It is painful to walk, let alone exercise/run/ etc. I am being treated for them with Ultrasound Therapy. They already feel better. I plan to start the "Slim in 6" exercise program on 2/1/10. 6 days a week.
