I know it's been a while since I've made a journal entry. Even though I've been logging my weight and my food, I think I've hit a plateau. I can get my weight down to 226, but after that, it won't go on. I really think that exercise can be the key to me continuing my weight loss. I went to the gym today and spent 1 hour on the treadmill and 30 minutes working on my abs. It was very productive, and if I continue it, it will produce results.
