I meant to write this yesterday when I made the venison burger with cheese. The venison didn't have any beef or pork fat added when it was processed. Tried to think of something to make it moist and juice. My husband like mayonnaise on everything, so I just mixed some into the ground venison. It was absolutely delicious and my husband enjoyed it!
