Well, I spend about 1/3 of my time in one country with an elderly parent who needs a lot of support, and 2/3 with my husband in another country. My husband and I pretty much live for good food... (i.e. pasta, cheese, and potatoes, chocolate and wine, all in sizable amounts!) and this is what happens! D'oh!
