Another great day! Low on calories and right on time with carbs. I am now sure I can do this. I just needed to knuckle down and say no to the high carbs that have been calling my name. Anyone that has went thru this knows they do call you, just like that tv ad where these bunched together people in the shape of a brain stand up and say they are hungry. One wants french fries! I think it is an advertisement for a new diet pill that is supposed to target those areas of the brain. I believe the new pill is called Contrave. I don't need a diet pill, I can control those calling my name. This day is about over and I get another X on the calendar!
