Down 2, but not going to record just yet. It is definitely a hard thing to diet when you have a kid that is on a high calorie plan and you have to have so many carbs per day. I have a medical issue that does actually require me to be on a high carb diet, I can go low carb for maybe 2 or 3 days before thing flare up. So I guess the trick for me is going to be portions, no soda, and limit snacking. Working so far, hope it keeps up. Hoping to get in some walking soon, but rain predicted all this week, and nothing close to do indoor walks.
