Kinda slipped off my diet this weekend, as I was out partying on Friday (WOW alcohol has a lot of calories) and at the Women's March on Saturday where I indulged in freshly made apple cider donuts and a caprese panini at this adorable restaurant in Montpelier. So I don't feel great about myself right now.

I have an appointment with my doctor in two weeks for blood tests to check my cholesterol, hematocrit, and testosterone levels, and I'm worried because my "bad" cholesterol levels were slightly elevated last time I went.

Anyway.

Looking forward to starting this coming week off right. I'm going to do some meal prep tonight, making overnight oats with protein powder and bananas so I don't keep buying egg sandwiches for breakfast! I'm also going to start trying to up my water intake. Pledging to be better!
