Went to the more accurate gym scale this morning and apparently my cheap weight scale is off balance!!! Restricting my calories (from what hovered around 3000 a day) to around 1800 has really worked!
248.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 58.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That's awesome. I went to the gym this morning and weighted myself for the first time in months. Definitely have some work to do. Restricting my calorie intake to 1200 and am doing cardio 4X's a week and integrating weights throughout the week (alternating upper and lower body.) Today is the beginning of a new physical me. Good luck with your challenge.
