Yesterday was a great day. Carb count was very low with no cheating. This morning I went to my cookbook and made myself a mim and slathered it with butter. I also had a cup of bullet proof coffee. My success yesterday has made me feel empowered so I am ready to continue with good results. We are having a remarkable winter with no snow and very few really cold days. It got up to 65 yesterday and is supposed to be as warm today. The sun is shining!
