Started on Atkins 5 days ago and feeling better.Havent seen much difference in the scale though? hoping next week I'll have dropped a few lbs..

Assuming that your food journal is complete, you aren't getting enough calories. If you don't eat enough, your body conserves every ounce (starvation mode) and you don't loose weight. The recommended MINIMUM level for women is 1500 to 1800 calories per day.
