I was a bit naughty last night and I had my Chia Seeds with ice cream :D It tasted really good!

This time I used 25g Chia Seeds which I soaked in 200ml Clover Full Cream Fresh Milk and 50ml Water(Because I ran out of milk-lol). I used a 1kg plastic yoghurt tub with a lid so there was more than enough room to let the Chia Seeds swell up. They soaked for 24 hours and this time it was a much thicker consistency and I am sure that if I used coconut milk like my previous attempt then it would have been even thicker.

I just poured them over my ice cream and ate it.

I ate over 3500 calories yesterday which was alot of food but my macros didnt look too bad at 212g Protein, 321g Carbs, 136g Fat and 45g Fibre. It was my high carb day anyway.

The macaroni I ate last night was made the previous night and was in the fridge for over 24 hours. I ate it cold so its Resistant Starch content would have been higher than that of fresh made macaroni.
