I have been doing a bit of the fasting but do not fast as strictly as some I believe in eating what I want but in moderation I have also cut out starchy carbs during the week but will have them over the weekend but again if I really feel like it in the week I will have it try and find something that works for you that you will be able to stick to and that you enjoy:)
