Well today will start some intense workout. I am only looking at about a month (maybe alittle more) to do what ever I can to drop weight and get some good upper strenght. I bucked up and put my memo in to do the MRT team and already I have gotten some people saying you can do this! your a pioneer! and others saying are you sure? will they except a girl? blah blah....(just a note there is no females on the team) Well the most important people like my mom and dad and boyfriend are on my side and my guy even said he start training with me to help me WHICH IS AWESOME!!!!! Weight wise I can't believe it hasn't budged.
yesterday ate:
2 apples
spring veg soup
a few bites of chicken and veg with some rice (not much)
and some penuts. I didn't get to workout cause I was stuck at work til late doing paperwork for the tryouts.
Well wish me luck!!!!!!!!!!!! Ill report later what I did for exercise!!! and boy its cold out so I better get moving to warm up!!!!
