i had to go to doc for severe hypertension. when he weighed me at the office visit was 9 lbs lighter than when i was last there 3 weeks ago. WOOHOO! tiny bit of progress has been made!!!!! it helps to see that. he added a new blood pressure med and increased one of the ones i was already on. stress management, weight loss and exercise should help the blood pressure but in the meantime i'm on heavy duty meds. also restricting my sodium might help? will do this
213.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
