I lost 2.9 lbs in the last 3 day i'am on my way to a good weight loss.
233.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 33.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1788 kcal Fat: 51.58g | Prot: 94.92g | Carb: 247.08g.   Breakfast: banana, brown suger, oatmeal. Lunch: dannon light & fit, Special K Cereal Bars - Raspberry Cheesecake, tangerine cutie, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, v8, ham, kroger braided twist,  gala apple, special K bar. Dinner: sloppy joes. Snacks/Other: Jr. Dippers with Cheese, Kroger low fat fudge bars. more...
