I asked Jimmy Moore a question for Fasting Talk his podcast. My question is in the queue.
Basically can extra potasium and magnesium cause me to hold water, and can I take to much of the two while fasting.
Last week I lost no weight on fasting day2, and then the following normal diet LCHF day I lost 2 lbs doing nothing.
