On the road today, makes things a little harder i guess, not so easy to find a healthy option when you are not a veggie or salad fan.
Breakfast from Mickey D's is not so bad, couple of ham egg and cheese muffins, can do that myself at home too.
Hit up applebee's for supper, the roasted garlic sirloin with a spinach stuffed portabella mushroom and some garlic taters...it is like elf food
no wonder there is less than 550 cals, there was no food...three glasses of water and a diet pepsi chaser filled me up some though...dont know if the food log entry is just the steak or sides too, hard to say, either way, well below RDI again, may need to adjust my RDI number some
breakfast tomorrow may be a biggie, will be hungry after such a small supper and I have to work over night tonight from midnight thirthy to four thirty. More to follow tomorrow =)
