Well..battled a bug for a couple of days. I am back on my feet today. Walked/Ran 2.25 miles today and then did a circuit of push-ups, sit-ups and butt-ups.

For my 10 miles a week challenge, I am at 3.25 miles. Have 6.75 miles left to go this week. Feeling better!
